The slow brew accounts for the robust flavor, high caffeine content and less acidity, which makes for a delicious cup of coffee any time of the year. The ground coffee beans steep in triple filtered reverse osmosis water for 24 hours, without heat, and then filtered.
By not using heat, the concentrate has lower acidic levels that allow for a fuller taste to the consumer. Heat brewed coffee’s high acidity damages taste buds before the consumer is able to enjoy the flavor. The beans are roasted immediately prior to brewing for maximum flavor.
The coffee is bottled and sold in three different retail sizes: 32oz., 16oz., and 4 oz. bottles. We also offer a 64 oz. bottle wholesale to restaurants only. The concentrate can be diluted to the customer’s preference; the suggested serving is one part concentrate and two parts hot or cold water or milk.
Chai Tea Concentrate
Mississippi Cold Drip Chai Tea Concentrate is made with 13 different herbs and spices purchased in New Orleans, Louisiana at an international grocery store. The spices are boiled and simmered for several hours and then filtered, creating a chai spice infusion. The infusion is added to a prepared concentrated black tea and left to cool.
The Chai Tea Concentrate is only sold in a 16oz container. It can be diluted to the customer’s preference; the suggested serving is one part concentrate five parts hot or cold water or milk. It also tastes delicious with Mississippi Cold Drip Coffee Concentrate to create a yummy dirty chai.
Sweetener - Ray Au Lait
Mississippi Cold Drip’s Ray Au Lait is a caramel and vanilla infused sweetener. It is made with a light brown sugar simple syrup mixed with a condensed milk and added vanilla.
