Chai Tea Concentrate
The spices are boiled and simmered for several hours and then filtered, creating a chai spice infusion. The infusion is added to a prepared concentrated black tea and left to cool.
The Chai Tea Concentrate is only sold in a 16-ounce container. It can be diluted to the customer’s preference; the suggested serving is one part concentrate five parts hot or cold water or milk.
It also tastes delicious with Mississippi Cold Drip Coffee Concentrate to create a sweet and spicy “dirty chai.”
Recommended Recipe: 1/5 cup Chai Concentrate for 1 cup of milk
